Health Canada🇨🇦 recently shared that if you have a higher risk for cardiovascular events (such as a heart attack) to be cautious of taking Biotin. Biotin can majorly effect lab results surrounding cardiovascular and thyroid health. The recommended dosage is 300mcg.
