Gluten-Free Banana Bread Recipe

Gluten-Free Banana Bread🍌
This yummy banana bread is delicious on its own, or topped with peanut butter and honey!

Ingredients:
-2 large, ripe bananas
-2 large eggs
-1 tsp vanilla
-3 tbsp honey
-3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
-1/3 cup coconut sugar (can use regular if desired)
-1 cup gluten-free flour
-1 cup oat flour
-1/2 cup peanut flour
-3 tsp baking power
-Tiny pinch of salt
-1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mash bananas together until they’re mush. Then mix in the wet ingredients. Fold in the dry ingredients, and mix again until smooth. Add in chocolate chips if desired. Pour batter into pan and bake for about an hour. Check at 50 minutes with a toothpick to make sure you don’t overcook. Enjoy! 😋
