Mental Health Services For Northern BC

Remote Northern BC Communities are now providing mental health services via a retrofitted ambulance🚑

This mobile unit will travel to remote communities near Terrace and provide direct access, education, and support to those who may face barriers to get the help they need. The unit will also supply naloxone kits, basic wound care, and assistance with social support resources for housing, finances, employment, health cards, and dental/eye care.

Are You Stressed?

Dealing with stress? 🐶
#Stress is an inevitable part of life and affects everyone differently. Be aware of what triggers stress for you. Once you are able to recognize these triggers, you may be able to avoid some of them, or be better prepared to handle them when they arise. Also be aware of how you manage your stress. There are unhealthy and healthy stress management habits. Find a healthy way that works for you, or reach out to people who can help you create healthier habits. Talking to a Naturopathic Doctor is a great place to start.
